TayouTroy abides to data protection laws. Please be assured that the collection, storage, modification and transmission of personal data is always protected in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and legal requirements.
Purpose of Data Collection
During the ordering process, the customer is asked to provide personal details. Only information submitted with the order is collected and stored by TayouTroy The subsequent use of the data is in business purposes to execute the contract between the customer and TayouTroy.
Unless an account is created, the collection of personal information must be re-entered every time an order is made.
If the customer has provided consent to recieve the TayouTroy newsletter, they hereby allow permission for their e-mail address to be used for promotional purposes. Therefore they agree to the following statement:
“I would like to be informed by TayouTroy about upcoming offers. I therefore consent for my e-mail address to be added to TayouTroy’s mailing list. If I wish, my consent can be revoked at any time, with immediate effect and without given reason.”
Usage of Cookies
Some website functions use cookies. Cookies are small text files, stored on the device being used to browse the TayouTroy website. Third Parties
Some personal data may be transferred by TayouTroy to third parties. These third parties could range from delivery staff, to the institution responsible for payment matters. When transferring personal information entrusted to us, the data is limited to the minimum necessary.
Privacy Policy: Facebook-Plugins
TayouTroy

If a TayouTroy web page contains a Facebook plugin, the Internet browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook. Any plugin content is sent directly from Facebook to the browser and then incorporated into the website.
Through the integration of the plugin, Facebook receives information that the browser has accessed. This applies even if the customer does not have a Facebook account or is currently not logged-in. This information, including IP address, is transmitted from the Internet browser to a Facebook server and stored there.
If the customer is logged into Facebook, the visit to the website can be used to update a Facebook profile accordingly. If there is interaction with the plugin, for example the ‘Like’ button, the corresponding information is transmitted to a Facebook server and stored there. The information may be posted on Facebook, and could be seen by friends.
Facebook can use any received information for advertising, marketing or market research purposes. This analysis of website usage and interests are used to recommend other Facebook users to services they may be interested in. If the customer would not like Facebook to collect individual data, they should log out of Facebook before visiting the TayouTroy website.

Privacy Policy: Google Analytics
TayouTroy’s
website uses Google Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google. Google Analytics uses similar cookies to analyse website usage. The information generated is transmitted to Google and stored. Google uses this information to evaluate usage of the TayouTroy website. On behalf of the owner, Google compiles reports on website activity and recommends internet services to the website owner. Information sent is not merged with other Google data. The customer may refuse the usage of cookies by selecting the appropriate browser settings. Please note that in the non-acceptance of cookies, some functions on the TayouTroy website may be limited. Your Rights
The customer has the right to receive free information about stored personal data. TayouTroy kindly asks the customer to request this information by using the contact information shown on the website. If any personal information is inaccurate, it can be simply corrected by contacting TayouTroy in the same fashion.
The customer has the right to revoke consent to personal data storage, without notice, effective immediately. However if data is still needed to meet the obligations of the contract, the deletion of personal information will be made after the transaction is completed.
